Sowing the Future – Reception
Biblio Wakefield Library Exhibit
January – April 2023
Join the staff and volunteers of the library along with Jess Weatherhead, Barbara Brown and Diane Perazzo for an artist’s reception and poetry reading to launch the exhibition. We will view the photos and portraits and gather round to hear the stories that informed this project as well as to listen to Diane read the poems.
We are also delighted to welcome local folk singer Chris McLean who will perform a few of her original tunes.
Light Refreshments will be served.
The Book Nook
The Book Nook has an eclectic assortment of gently-loved books. Adult Books are $5 each, Children and Ado books are $2 each. There are also some jigsaw puzzles for family fun.
We are now only accepting donated books in very good condition published since 2010. No textbooks or magazines please.
